Positioning technology leaders to serve in the corporate boardroom.
The Board Readiness program is designed for HITEC’s senior technology executives who are seeking to enhance their understanding of the boardroom and have an interest in positioning themselves as candidates for a corporate board seat.Â
Over the course of the program, participants gain insight into emerging boardroom trends and leading practices including board oversight of strategy, risk, talent, technology, compliance, and financial reporting. In addition, participants have networking opportunities with HITEC’s members who are current serving on corporate boards.
